- Each strip contains a single active ingredient in a plant-based dissolvable film. Full ingredient panels are shown on every product page.
- Why a strip instead of a capsule?
- The strip dissolves on the tongue in seconds — no water, no pill swallowing and no measuring. It's designed to make a daily routine easy to keep.
- How should I store them?
- Keep sachets sealed at room temperature, away from moisture and direct light.
- How many strips come in a pack?
- Each pack contains 30 individually sealed strips — a one-month supply at one strip per day.
- How does ordering and shipping work?
- Checkout, payment, fulfilment and shipping are handled by the TIDES Shopify store. Shipping and return terms are published in the store policies linked in the footer.
- Do you offer subscriptions?
- Yes. Every product offers a recurring delivery option at 10% off, scheduled monthly or every two months, and you can change or cancel it at any time.
